NATHAN EVANS
Litigation Manager and Personal Injury Attorney
Intro: Nathan joined our team in 2020 and currently serves our clients and staff as the firm’s Litigation Manager. In addition to managing the firm’s Litigation Department, he handles complex personal injury claims of all kinds, including trucking accidents, products liability, and Federal Employers Liability Act (FELA) claims. Nathan loves trying cases and fighting for our clients in courts across the Southeast.
Background: Nathan received his BA from Brigham Young University and his Juris Doctorate from William and Mary. Since graduating, he has built a career as a trial lawyer. He has worked in the industry for over fifteen years now. Although he has always specialized in personal injury cases, he has a diverse background in workers’ compensation, insurance, environmental law, and other areas of practice. We are proud to have an attorney with such a diverse background as a part of our team.
Nathan’s “Why”: Nathan truly loves helping people and making personal connections and friendships that continue long after the attorney/client relationship has ended.

Just For Fun: Nathan speaks Polish and paints portraits, primarily of jazz musicians (several have been placed in a local museum in Chattanooga). Additionally, he collects and plays complex European board games.
