Nathan has built a career as a trial lawyer for more than fifteen years and is proud to call Chattanooga his home. Although he has always specialized in personal injury cases, he has a diverse background in workers’ compensation, insurance, environmental law and other areas of practice.
Nathan graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in English from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah, where he met the love of his life. While attending BYU, Nathan and his beautiful wife had their first daughter. Their second daughter would arrive a few years later while he studied law at William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. One more daughter and two sons would follow over his first ten years as an attorney. Nathan is also an accomplished painter, with several of his portraits in the permanent collection of The Bessie Smith Cultural Center and Chattanooga African American Museum. Nathan loves working alongside his best friend and brother, Ethan Evans.
