Intro: Haley Harries joined Wettermark Keith in 2024, bringing a blend of dedication, empathy, and local insight to her role in our non-litigation personal injury department. A lifelong Alabamian, Haley’s deep-rooted connection to her community fuels her commitment to making a positive impact through the practice of law. 

Background: Raised in the heart of Birmingham and later moving to Trussville, Haley Harries has always been grounded in the local culture and values. Her academic journey began at Jefferson State Community College, where she earned an Associate’s Degree before advancing to the University of Alabama at Birmingham for a bachelor’s degree in political science. Fueled by a lifelong fascination with the law and a desire to serve her community, Haley pursued her legal studies at Birmingham School of Law, graduating in December 2023. Her practical experience includes a notable tenure as a legal assistant at Alexander Shunnarah, where she honed her skills and developed a keen understanding of the legal landscape.

Haley’s “Why”: Haley’s interest in the law was sparked in her childhood by watching crime shows with her mother, a hobby that gradually evolved into a profound passion for justice. As she grew older, she realized that a career in law was the best avenue for her to effect meaningful change in people’s lives. Her commitment to advocacy stems from a genuine desire to help others navigate their legal challenges and improve their circumstances. Haley views her role as an attorney not only as a profession but as a calling to provide compassionate and effective legal support to those who need it most.

Just For Fun: Outside of her professional life, Haley is an enthusiastic sports fan, with a particular love for basketball and football, and is a proud supporter of the Alabama Crimson Tide. She enjoys unwinding with scary movies, whether classic or contemporary and cherishes her time with her beloved dogs and cats. Haley is also a connoisseur of sweet treats, frequently exploring new dessert spots to satisfy her sweet tooth. Her diverse interests and warm personality make her not only a dedicated attorney but also a valued and vibrant member of the community.
