Overview
Brian has been with Wettermark Keith since 2011 and currently serves as the Senior Managing Attorney for the firm’s Disability Practice. He represents individuals seeking disability benefits before the Social Security Administration (SSA), Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), and Railroad Retirement Board (RRB), guiding clients through every stage of the claims and appeals process.
Brian is involved in disability cases from the initial client consultation through final resolution, overseeing all aspects of claims handling. He has represented Social Security Disability (SSDI and SSI) claimants at every administrative level, including initial applications, reconsideration, administrative hearings, Appeals Council review, and in federal court. In addition, he has represented claimants in more than 2,500 administrative law judge (ALJ) hearings, as well as veterans before the VA and railroad workers in proceedings before the RRB.
His extensive experience within multiple disability systems, combined with his leadership of the firm’s disability practice, allows him to effectively advocate for clients navigating complex government benefit programs and pursuing the benefits they deserve.
