    Biography

    Since joining Wettermark Keith in 2015, Will has proven himself to be an indispensable part of the team. His day-to-day responsibilities involve managing a diverse practice of Tennessee and Alabama workers’ compensation claims, in addition to handling associated third-party personal injury actions resulting from workplace accidents. Boasting over a decade of litigation and trial experience, Will is particularly adept in mediation and alternative dispute resolution, making him a well-rounded and effective advocate in both workers’ compensation and personal injury law.

    Education

    A Birmingham, Alabama native, Will’s academic journey is marked by excellence and determination. He graduated cum laude from Auburn University in 2001, demonstrating his academic prowess early on. Pursuing his legal aspirations, Will attended The University of Alabama School of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate in 2005. In 2016, he expanded his legal reach by obtaining dual licensure, becoming a member of the Tennessee State Bar. This dual licensure not only showcases his commitment to his profession but also extends his ability to assist a broader range of clients in need.
