Biography
Robin Burpo has been an essential part of Wettermark Keith for nearly 20 years, serving as the firm’s HR Manager. Known as the “heartbeat” of the organization, Robin blends deep institutional knowledge with a people-first approach that strengthens the firm’s culture and supports its ongoing growth.
Her leadership, empathy, and dedication to employee success have helped create a workplace where every team member feels valued and supported. Robin’s ability to connect with people at all levels of the firm has made her an integral part of Wettermark Keith’s identity and long-term success.
Originally from New Orleans, Louisiana, Robin earned her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Northeast Louisiana University.
