Rachael Holler

Intro: Rachael started as a case manager for Wettermark Keith in August 2022, committed to serving clients on their social security and disability cases. Friendly and outgoing, Rachael ensures her clients feel listened to as she follows up with them over the phone to answer their questions and obtain the facts of their case. She also keeps client records up-to-date and follows up with Disability Determination Services agencies and the federal Social Security Administration.

Background: Originally from Albertville in Marshall County, Rachael moved to Birmingham to live closer to family. Prior to her employment at Wettermark Keith, she sought work in the medical field, earning a CNA license and graduating from a medical assistant program. Rachael worked for the Barfield Healthcare nursing home for three years, then as a medical assistant at Huntsville Hospital before joining our team.

Rachael's "Why": Rachael's background in nursing homes sparked a passion for helping those struggling with poor health circumstances. She thrives on positive feedback and appreciation from her clients and is a hard worker who takes advantage of any opportunity to serve.

Just For Fun: When her work is done, Rachael enjoys the company of her family and friends: especially her Chocolate Lab, Tucker, and 120-pound German Shepherd mix, Sadie, who thinks she's a lap dog. When Rachael's not watching Grey's Anatomy, Chicago Med, or Friends (for the 4th time in a row), she can probably be found relaxing at a Barons game or eating Mexican food.
