Attorney and Veterans Disability Practice Manager
Intro: Amber has been a part of the Wettermark Keith family for over 12 years and currently serves as an Attorney and our Veterans Disability Practice Manager. She represents disabled Veterans in claims against the Veterans Administration for service-connected compensation, oversees the day-to-day operations of the Veterans Disability Practice, and represents disabled individuals in claims for Social Security Disability.
Background: Prior to her career at Wettermark Keith, Amber graduated from the University of Alabama with a major in English and a minor in General Business. After graduating, she worked as a claims representative with the Social Security Administration (an experience that has proved advantageous as she currently handles many cases related to Social Security). In 2010, Amber joined Wettermark Keith as a case manager. She worked case manager until finishing law school at the Birmingham School of Law and passing the bar in September 2012.
Amber’s “Why”: Amber loves the opportunity she has been given to benefit people who are struggling. She loves seeing the positive impact in her clients’ lives. She takes pride in helping those who have served our country and striving to grant what is owed to them for sacrifices they have made. She truly believes she has found her calling.
