Intro: Amanda Lowe joined Wettermark Keith in early 2022 to serve as an associate attorney for our Knoxville personal injury department, handling pre-litigation. With her talent for service and compassionate perspective, Amanda is a seasoned legal professional and an asset to our clients.
Background: Born and raised in the historic town of Powell, Tennessee, Amanda graduated from Powell High School in 1998. Following her enthusiasm for the written word, she graduated with a BA in English from University of Tennessee at Martin in 2002. Amanda’s desire to work with those in need led her to study law at the University of Tennessee College of Law, where she graduated with her J.D. Immediately after law school, Amanda worked as a prosecutor for the Tennessee District Attorney, where she gained a wealth of experience in a variety of practice areas. She worked for several different firms before starting at Wettermark Keith, handling everything from personal injury to worker’s compensation cases to family law. This diverse background has provided Amanda with a unique perspective on the law, helping her to better understand the complexities of the legal system and its impact on people's lives.
Amanda’s “Why”: Amanda’s passion for law stems directly from her love for people. Throughout her career, she has always enjoyed working with people in dire need of legal representation, guiding them through unfamiliar processes and territory and empowering them in situations that they did not choose or create. She truly cares about her clients and is committed to helping them achieve the best possible outcome for their situations. Her ability to connect with clients and understand their unique circumstances allows her to provide both compassionate and effective legal representation.
