Biography
Elizabeth “Izzy” Phillips practices law in both Tennessee and Georgia. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia School of Law and holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business.
Elizabeth is a trial attorney and personal injury lawyer dedicated to representing individuals and families harmed by another party’s negligent acts or omissions. Her personal injury practice focuses on automobile accidents, truck accident claims, premises liability, negligent security, and wrongful death matters. As a car accident attorney serving Tennessee and Georgia, Elizabeth is committed to using the civil litigation process to hold responsible parties accountable and to help her clients pursue meaningful recovery.
In her free time, Elizabeth enjoys horseback riding, playing golf, skiing, hiking, and spending time with her two Golden Retrievers.
