Biography
Brooke Graham is a pre-litigation attorney in the Birmingham office of Wettermark Keith, where she represents individuals injured due to another party’s negligence. She works closely with clients from the earliest stages of their personal injury claims, assisting with investigations, reviewing medical and case records, communicating with insurance carriers, and advocating for fair and timely resolutions prior to litigation.
Originally from Seattle and raised in Michigan before relocating to Alabama as a teenager, Brooke brings a grounded and disciplined approach to her legal practice. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Criminal Justice from the University of Alabama at Birmingham. During her undergraduate studies, she competed in cross-country and track at the University of Montevallo, experiences that shaped her work ethic, focus, and commitment to accountability.
Brooke earned her Juris Doctor from New England Law | Boston, where she completed a Certificate in Criminal Practice and Procedure. While in law school, she gained substantive courtroom and litigation experience through roles as a certified student attorney and as an intern with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office. Her training included exposure to trial practice, criminal law, and personal injury matters, providing a strong foundation for client advocacy.
Prior to joining Wettermark Keith, Brooke worked across multiple areas of law, including personal injury, criminal law, estate planning and probate, employment law, family law, and immigration. This broad legal background enables her to approach pre-litigation matters with a comprehensive perspective and a strong understanding of how legal issues impact clients and their families.
