Background: Hailing from Columbus, Georgia, Richard's educational journey is marked by a strong foundation in science and law. He completed his Bachelor of Science degree at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, a background that provides him with a unique perspective on the scientific aspects of his cases. In 2006, he earned his Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama. This combination of scientific understanding and legal expertise has been crucial in Richard's successful handling of complex cases involving medical and product liability.
