Overview
Alexia R. Koogler joined Wettermark Keith in 2026 as a workers’ compensation attorney, where she represents injured workers across Tennessee. A Knoxville native, Alexia is dedicated to advocating for individuals navigating the challenges that follow workplace injuries and helping them secure the benefits they deserve.
Alexia earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2021 before receiving her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from Lincoln Memorial University Duncan School of Law in 2025. Prior to law school, she worked in politics, where she developed a strong foundation in advocacy, communication, and public service.
Before joining Wettermark Keith, Alexia gained experience across multiple areas of law, including personal injury, estate planning, family law, and workers’ compensation. This diverse background allows her to approach each case with a well-rounded perspective and a practical understanding of the legal challenges her clients face. She is committed to providing clear guidance, responsive communication, and strong advocacy throughout every stage of the claims process.
