Overview
Zach Stutts joined Wettermark Keith in the fall of 2025 as a workers’ compensation attorney, where he represents injured workers across Alabama. A native of Muscle Shoals, Zach brings a strong sense of pride and purpose to his work, shaped by being one of the first in his family to graduate from college.
Zach earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of North Alabama in 2018 before going on to receive his Juris Doctor from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2024. His legal training includes experience with local law firms, work within a judge’s chambers, and service as a judicial law clerk in Tennessee. These experiences have given him a well-rounded understanding of the legal system and prepared him to guide clients through the workers’ compensation process with clarity and confidence.
Known for his analytical mindset, Zach approaches each case as a problem to be solved. His interest in history and philosophy, along with his appreciation for the role attorneys have played in shaping the legal system, led him to pursue a career in law. Today, he finds fulfillment in helping hardworking individuals navigate complex legal challenges and secure the benefits they deserve after a workplace injury.
