Overview
James Sears brings nearly two decades of litigation experience to Wettermark Keith, where he represents individuals in personal injury matters throughout Alabama. His practice includes cases involving automobile and trucking collisions, premises liability, medical malpractice, and other serious personal injury claims.
From his early training on the National Trial Team at Cumberland School of Law, to his experience in Alabama courtrooms, to his successful oral argument before the Alabama Supreme Court, James has consistently demonstrated a willingness to be in the courtroom and guide his cases through every stage of litigation. Before joining Wettermark Keith, in addition to his personal injury experience, James represented individuals throughout Alabama against abusive debt collectors under the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and against credit reporting agencies under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).
