Biography
Theodora Palko is a pre-litigation attorney in the Knoxville office, where she focuses on guiding injured clients through the earliest and most critical stages of their personal injury claims. She works closely with clients from the outset of their cases, handling investigations, gathering and reviewing medical records, communicating with insurance carriers, and advocating for fair and timely resolutions.
Theodora earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Tennessee College of Law after relocating to Tennessee to pursue her legal education. While in law school, she served as Chair of the Moot Court Board, competed on the traveling mock trial team, and externed for the Honorable Judge Harrington of the Blount County Circuit Court. She graduated magna cum laude, reflecting her strong academic performance and commitment to legal advocacy. Theodora received her undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee, where she majored in Political Science and History.
