Overview
Kevin Graham recently returned to Knoxville to continue his career in personal injury litigation with Wettermark Keith. Raised in Gatlinburg, Kevin has lived in Atlanta and Memphis, but East Tennessee has always been home. He is proud to serve the community that first inspired him to pursue a career in law.
Kevin is an experienced personal injury attorney who represents individuals and families in serious injury and wrongful death cases. His litigation practice includes automobile accidents, tractor trailer wrecks, premises liability claims, workers’ compensation matters, and other negligence based cases. He has extensive experience standing up to insurance companies and large corporations on behalf of injured clients.
Before joining Wettermark Keith, Kevin practiced at two regional personal injury firms in Memphis, where he prosecuted a broad range of complex cases. His background in courtroom advocacy and trial preparation allows him to build strong, strategic cases focused on maximizing recovery for his clients.
Kevin first discovered his passion for personal injury law while clerking for a Knoxville firm. Helping everyday people navigate the legal system and hold negligent parties accountable sparked a lifelong commitment to advocating for the injured and ensuring their voices are heard. Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending time in the mountains of East Tennessee, traveling, attending University of Tennessee sporting events, visiting family, and exploring new restaurants in Knoxville.
