Overview
At the heart of Allyson “Al” Walz’s practice is a simple belief. Every case begins with a story. From a young age, she learned there are three sides to every story: one party’s perspective, the opposing party’s perspective, and the truth. By understanding all three, she anticipates arguments, identifies vulnerabilities, and builds a litigation strategy designed to secure the strongest possible outcome for her clients.
As a Knoxville personal injury attorney, Al represents individuals and families who have been harmed due to negligence. She advocates for clients in a wide range of personal injury matters, including car accidents, truck accidents, serious injury claims, and other accident-related cases. She understands the physical, emotional, and financial toll an injury can cause, and she works diligently to help clients recover the compensation they deserve.
Al approaches every case with curiosity, compassion, and preparation. She listens carefully, investigates thoroughly, and prepares every file as if it may go to trial. Whether negotiating with insurance companies or pursuing courtroom advocacy, her focus remains the same: protecting her clients’ rights and maximizing their recovery.
Before joining Wettermark Keith’s litigation department, Allyson practiced general civil litigation with a focus on real estate disputes. While her practice area has evolved into personal injury law, her disciplined approach remains unchanged. She is committed to strategic preparation, attention to detail, and helping injury victims pursue justice.
Originally from central Minnesota, Allyson relocated to Knoxville to join the firm’s Tennessee personal injury team. She enjoys the warmer weather, the mountains, and Vols football. Outside the office, she plays guitar, experiments with BBQ, and stays active outdoors.
