Education

In addition to his legal practice, Kris serves as an adjunct professor at the Birmingham School of Law, where he teaches workers’ compensation. He is an active member of the Alabama State Bar, the Birmingham Bar Association—where he currently serves as President of the Workers’ Compensation Section—and the Alabama Association for Justice.

Kris remains engaged in the legal community through both his teaching and leadership roles, staying at the forefront of developments in workers’ compensation law.
Outside of his practice, Kris enjoys spending time with his wife and their two Himalayan cats. He is an avid sports fan who follows all New England teams and is a dedicated supporter of Penn State football.
