Jonathan Brogdon

Intro: Jonathan serves our team at Wettermark Keith as an attorney, handling clients’ personal injury cases from intake through final resolution. He has nearly twenty years of experience in the industry, both as an associate attorney at an insurance defense firm and in the operation of his own general practice firm outside Birmingham, where he represented a wide variety of clients. 

Background: Jonathan was born and raised in the West Etowah County/East Blount County, Alabama area. He grew up around honest people who worked harder than their paychecks showed. After finishing high school and working factory jobs for a short time, Jonathan decided that he would travel a different path. 

He was the first member of his family to get a college degree, completing his B.A. in 1998 from the University of Alabama. From there, Jonathan continued on to earn his Juris Doctor in 2002 from the Birmingham School of Law, while working a full-time job. His strong educational and industry background, as well as his compassion for the working class, has well equipped him to provide excellent counsel to clients. 

Jonathan’s “Why”: Jonathan enjoys the opportunity to come up with unique solutions to complex problems. More importantly, he was raised with an extreme distaste for unfairness and injustice. Fighting for the rights of his clients against the bullies in the insurance world gives him immense satisfaction.

Just For Fun: When he’s not working for his clients, he’s enjoying the sunshine, or cheering for the San Francisco Giants or Crimson Tide (Roll Tide!). He loves spending time with his lovely wife and two daughters, and sometimes stoops to tolerate the family’s two (stubborn) canine members.
