David Miller is a graduate of Birmingham-Southern College (1995) and the University of Alabama School of Law (1998). In college, David was a leader, ultimately serving as President of the Student Government Association, and graduated with a degree in business.
In the 20 years since graduating from law school, David has successfully advocated for both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation. He obtained a favorable verdict in his first solo jury trial, mere weeks after obtaining his law license. David has tried, mediated and appealed numerous cases throughout Alabama and has led continuing legal education seminars. While he has experience in handling a broad range of cases – from contract disputes and fraud to medical malpractice and wrongful death – in recent years David has narrowed his practice to advocate exclusively for individuals injured by the conduct of others.
David is a life-long resident of Birmingham. He enjoys time with his family, photography and running.
