## Overview

David Tuck is the Managing Attorney of the Social Security Disability practice at Wettermark Keith who focuses on helping clients navigate complex disability claims. Born and raised in Pell City, Alabama, David brings a strong sense of purpose and service to his practice, shaped by both his professional experience and deep roots in the community.

Before joining Wettermark Keith, David spent the majority of his career with the Social Security Administration’s Office of Hearings Operations. He advanced through several roles, including Legal Assistant, Attorney Advisor, Supervisory Attorney Advisor, and Quality Review Specialist. This extensive experience within the Social Security system gives him valuable insight into how claims are evaluated and what it takes to build a successful case.

David’s professional background also includes roles as a land survey crew chief, a customer service representative with Blue Cross and Blue Shield, and a legal secretary. While working full time, he pursued his legal education and graduated with honors from Birmingham School of Law in 2014. His diverse experience and work ethic allow him to approach each case with both practical understanding and legal precision.

Driven by a desire to make a more direct impact, David transitioned into private practice to work closely with clients throughout their claims. He is committed to guiding individuals through the Social Security Disability process and helping them secure the benefits they need.
